| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na provedení auditu účetní závěrky ve společnosti EFAFLEX-CZ, s.r.o. Práce je členěna do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy týkající se externího auditu a charakterizuje postupy při vykonávání auditu účetní závěrky podle mezinárodních auditorských standardů. Každá kapitola v teoretické části obsahuje postup auditora při vykonávání auditu účetní závěrky. Praktická část je poté zaměřena na praktickou aplikaci poznatků získaných v teoretické části. V této části je charakterizován podnik EFAFLEX-CZ, na který je diplomová práce zpracovávána, poté jsou identifikovány základní procesy ve společnosti, vnitřní a vnější prostředí, které klienta ovlivňuje a je provedena analýza kontrolního prostředí. V další kapitole praktické části je stanovena strategie a plán auditu a následuje jeho samotné provedení, kde jsou vybrané oblasti účetní závěrky podrobeny auditním testům. V závěru diplomové práce jsou zpracovány dílčí závěry auditu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The submitted diploma thesis focuses on auditing the financial statements of EFAFLEX-CZ, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of external audit and describes the procedures for auditing the financial statements in accordance with international auditing standards. Each chapter in the theoretical part contains the auditor's procedure when performing the audit of the financial statements. The practical part is then focused on the practical application of the knowledge gained in the theoretical part. This part is characterized by the EFAFLEX-CZ company, on which the diploma thesis is processed, then the basic processes in the company, the internal and external environment that the client influences and the analysis of the control environment are identified. The next chapter of the practical part sets out the strategy and the audit plan, followed by its implementation itself, where selected areas of the financial statements are subjected to audit tests. At the end of the diploma thesis, the partial conclusions of the audit are elaborated. | en |
