dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je seznámit se s fungováním dluhového poradenství v rámci vztahu mezi poradcem a klientem. Dále prozkoumat další činnosti neziskových organizací, které usilují o snížení dopadů zadlužení. Následně je zhodnocen současný stav a jsou shrnuty největší překážky, s nimiž se tyto neziskové organizace potýkají při pomoci zadluženým klientům, a ty se následně analyzují. Diplomovou práci tvoří 5 kapitol. Kapitola 1 se zabývá základními termíny zadluženosti domácností, profilováním dlužníků a důsledky zadlužování. Kapitola 2 popisuje finanční gramotnost a stav v ČR. Kapitola 3 je úvodem do nestátních neziskových organizací zaměřených na provoz sociálních služeb. Kapitola 4 je těžištěm diplomové práce a probírá činnosti neziskových organizací v dluhovém poradenství. Popisuje, jaké jsou v dnešní době největší problémy jak na straně organizace, tak na straně procesu pomoci dluhovým klientům. Kapitola 5 se zabývá analyzováním Milostivých let.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this work is to get acquainted with debt counseling within the relations between the counselor and the client. Furthermore, are explored other activities of non-profit organizations that attempt to reduce the impacts of indebtedness. Afterwards is the current situation evaluated and the biggest obstacles, that these non-profit organizations face in helping indebted clients, are going to be summarized. These are subsequently analyzed. The thesis consists of 5 chapters. Chapter 1 characterize basic terminology of household indebtedness, profiling of debtors and the consequences of indebtedness. Chapter 2 describes financial literacy and the situation in the Czech Republic. Chapter 3 is an introduction to non-governmental non-profit organizations focused on running social services. Chapter 4 is the focus of the thesis and discusses the activities of non-profit organizations in debt counseling. It describes what the biggest problems are today, both on the side of the organization and on the side of the process of helping debt clients. Chapter 5 deals with the analysis of Merciful summer.en
