dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na svobodu projevu a potřeby regulace na sociálních sítí. V práci je rozebráno, co je svoboda projevu, argumenty pro tuto svobodu, limity a cenzura. Práce také popisuje podmínky služeb sociálních sítí Facebook, Twitter a Reddit a následně je porovnává z hlediska svobody projevu. Součástí práce jsou dva judikáty na téma svoboda projevu a také výzkum, jehož účelem je zjištění podvědomí o svobodě projevu a jeho regulaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on freedom of speech and the need for regulation on social media platforms. The work examines what freedom of speech entails, arguments for this freedom, limitations, and censorship. It also describes the terms of service of social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit, followed by a comparison in terms of freedom of speech. The thesis includes two legal precedents on the topic of freedom of speech as well as research aimed at understanding awareness of freedom of speech and its regulation.en
