dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na finanční rizika, se kterými se podnik při svém působení může setkat. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické přestavení jednotlivých druhů finančních rizik a na možnosti jejich řízení. Ve druhé části práce je představena společnost Prémium, a. s., která podniká v automobilovém průmyslu. Dále je provedena analýza prostředí, ve kterém podnik operuje. Z výsledků interní analýzy společnosti vyplývají finanční rizika, která jsou pro společnost hrozbou. Jedná se o riziko měnové, úrokové a úvěrové. Tato rizika jsou podrobně analyzována na základě interních údajů od vedení společnosti Prémium, a. s. a jsou zde popsány metody, kterými se podnik proti těmto rizikům brání. Ke každému finančnímu riziku jsou uvedeny možné návrhy, jak toto riziko lépe řídit a snížit tak jeho vliv na hospodaření podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the financial risks any company may encounter in their respective field. The first part is theoretical - it is focused on the various types of financial risks and the possibilities of their control. In the second part, the Premium company, Inc. is introduced; the company operates in the automotive industry. Furthermore a complete analysis of the environment in which the company operates was made. The results of the internal analysis indicate financial risks, that represents a threat to the company. Among them are currency risk, interest rate risk and credit risk. These risks are analyzed in detail on the basis of internal materials provided by company's management. It is also noted how the company manages to avoid such risks. For each financial risk there are possible suggestions presented on how to manage that risk and reduce its impact on the company's business.en
