dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na úlohu ergoterapeuta v oblasti sexuality u žen po poškození míchy. Tato práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou míšních lézí a jejími následky. Jejím obsahem je oblast sexuality a sexuálních dysfunkcí, které po poškození míchy vznikají. Kapitola ergoterapie shrnuje ergoterapeutické intervence u osob s poraněním míchy a vymezuje roli ergoterapeuta v multidisciplinárním týmu. Praktická část se skládá z dotazníkového šetření a zaměřuje se právě na problematiku sexu. O výsledcích dotazníkového šetření bude poté diskutováno.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis focuses on the role of an occupational therapist in the area of sexuality in women after a spinal cord injury. The present thesis includes a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the problems of spinal cord injuries and their consequences. This part examines sexuality and sexual dysfunctions emerging after spinal cord injury. The occupational therapy chapter summarizes occupational therapy interventions for spinal cord injuries and defines the role of an occupational therapist in a multidisciplinary team. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey and focuses on the issues of sex. The results of the questionnaire survey constitute the subject of the subsequent discussion.en
