| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem diplomové práce jsou mikrofinance. Tato oblast nemá v České republice příliš významné postavení. Existují státy, kde jsou mikrofinance trvale implementovány do finančních systémů, nicméně Česká republika mezi ně zatím nepatří. Cílem předložené práce je na základě popsání mikrofinančního sektoru v Evropě a komparace mikrofinancí v České republice s Německem navrhnout doporučení pro rozvoj mikrofinančního sektoru u nás. Diplomová práce obsahuje jak teoretickou část zaměřenou na základní terminologii a problematiku spojenou s mikrofinancováním, tak i praktickou část popisující mikrofinanční sektor v Evropě, v České republice a v Německu. Nejdůležitější částí celé práce je sedmá kapitola, kde jsou navrhována a diskutována doporučení týkající se mikrofinancování v České republice. Diplomová práce byla zpracována zejména na základě čerpání převážně anglických zahraničních zdrojů, protože v České republice neexistuje příliš mnoho pramenů zabývajících se danou tématikou. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of this master thesis is microfinance. This area does not have a very significant position in the Czech Republic. There are some countries where microfinance has already been implemented. However, the Czech Republic doesn´t belong among them. An objective of this thesis is to describe microfinance in Europe and compare a microfinance sector in the Czech Republic to a microfinance sector in Germany to propose some recommendations for development of microfinance in our republic. The master thesis consists of practical part including fundamental terminology and basic issues of microfinance, as well as theoretical part describing microfinance sector in Europe, in the Czech Republic and in Germany. The most important part of the whole thesis is the seventh chapter where proposed recommendations for the microfinance in the Czech Republic are discussed. The master thesis has been prepared mainly on basis of foreign bibliography, especially English, because there are not too many sources dealing with this topic in the Czech Republic. | en |
