dc.description.abstractKvalifikační práce se zabývá úlohou prezidenta republiky v procesu sestavování vlády. Nejprve kvalifikační práce objasňuje instituci prezidenta republiky v obecné rovině, posléze popisuje proceduru sestavování vlády v historickém kontextu. Stěžejní kapitola se věnuje pravomocím prezidenta republiky v procesu sestavování vlády dle současné právní úpravy. V poslední kapitole jsou nastíněny úvahy o alternativních změnách Ústavy de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe qualification thesis deals with the role of the President of the Republic in the process of forming the government. First, the qualification thesis explains the institution of the President of the Republic in general terms, then describes the process of forming a government in a historical context. The main chapter is dedicated to the powers of the President of the Republic in the process of forming the government according to the current legislation. The last chapter outlines considerations on alternative de lege ferenda modifications of the Constitution.en
