dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá strategií syrských migrantů na české schengenské hranici v době syrské občanské války. V první části práce se věnuji pojmu Schengen, schengenská hranice, její ochrana, vysvětluji pojmy jako nelegální migrace, možné příčiny migrace a další pojmy související s tímto tématem. Práce se dále zabývá souvislostmi nelegální migrace a syrské občanské války. Zda je hlavní příčinou migrace Syřanů konflikt v podobě občanské války, nebo jsou zde i jiné důvody k migraci, jako například takzvaná ekonomická migrace. Jakou strategii tito lidé používají, cílové země, kam tito lidé směřují, důvody, proč je zrovna daná země pro ně cílová, trasy, obstarání si dokladů, jízdenek, letenek, převaděčů. Práce dále řeší nelegální migraci na české schengenské hranici, a to hlavně v takzvaném postcovidovém období, zejména na příletu do České republiky, konkrétně modus operandi, mimo jiné zda po příletu tito lidé požádají o mezinárodní ochranu. Praktická část práce je věnována pohovorům se syrskými státními příslušníky, kteří nelegálně přicestovali do České republiky. Jsou jim kladeny otázky, pozorováno jejich chování, vystupování, chuť, či nechuť spolupráce se složkami Policie České republiky.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the strategy of Syrian migrants at the Czech Schengen border during the Syrian civil war. I devoted the first part of the thesis to the concept of Schengen, the Schengen border, its protection, and explained the concepts such as illegal migration, possible causes of migration and other concepts related to the topic of this thesis. The thesis also deals with the connection of illegal migration with the Syrian civil war. It discusses whether the conflict in the form of the civil war is the main cause of Syrians´ migration or whether there are other reasons for migration, such as the so-called economic migration, what strategy these people use, the destination countries to which these people migrate, the reasons why a particular country is a country of destination for them, the routes they take, their procurement of documents, tickets, flights, and smugglers. The thesis also deals with illegal migration at the Czech Schengen border, especially in the so-called post-Covid period, in particular on flight arrival of these migrants in the Czech Republic, specifically their modus operandi, including the question whether these people apply for international protection after arrival. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to interviews with Syrian nationals who illegally arrived in the Czech Republic. They are asked questions, and their behaviour, demeanor, willingness or unwillingness to cooperate with the Czech Police is observed.	en
