dc.description.abstractDiplomovou práci tvoří 4 hlavní kapitoly. Úvodní kapitola shrnuje významná období, ve kterých se vyvíjelo lesnictví a právní úprava lesů společně s vlastnickým právem. Postupuje chronologicky od úplně prvních zmínek o lesích a zmiňuje vytvoření prvního zákonodárství a státnické dílo Karla IV. z dob 14. století. Dále shrnuje situaci za dob husitských válek, kde představuje, jak se v lesích těžilo dřevo. Následuje oddíl o devastaci lesní půdy za třicetileté války, který volně přechází k vydávání lesních řádů. Kapitola spojená s Marií Terezií a Josefem II., poté bude dokumentovat významné patenty a reformy, které byly tolik potřebné k ochraně lesního bohatství. V předposlední kapitole se čtenář vypraví do doby vzniku zásadního lesního zákona, který hájil zájmy lesní půdy. Poslední kapitola bude patřit vylepšené legislativě v časech poválečných s příchodem revoluce roku 1989.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis consists of 4 main chapters. The introductory chapter summarizes important periods in which forestry and forest regulation developed together with property rights. It proceeds chronologically from the very first mentions of forests and mentions the creation of the first legislation and the state work of Charles IV. from the 14th century. It also summarizes the situation during the Hussite wars, where the way how wood was harvested in the forests is presented. As following a section on the devastation of forest land during the Thirty Years' War, which freely transitions to the issuance of forest regulations is presented. The chapter connected with Maria Theresa and Joseph II. will then document the important patents and reforms that were necessary for the protection of forest wealth. In the penultimate chapter, the reader travels to the time of the creation of the fundamental forest law, which defended the interests of forest land. The focuses on to the improved legislation in the post-war times with the advent of the 1989 revolution.en
