| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce je výjimečná tím, že se zabývá, zejména v praktické části, prevencí urolitiázy z pohledu laické veřejnosti, neboť většina jiných prací se zabývá prevencí urolitiázy u osob s již diagnostikovanou urolitiázou. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o urolitiáze, o vzniku a typech konkrementů a o diagnostice a léčbě urolitiázy. Nejpodrobněji se teoretická část věnuje oblasti prevence urolitiázy a edukaci. Praktická část práce je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, jehož cílem bylo zmapovat znalosti veřejnosti o urolitiáze, jejích symptomech a o prevenci urolitiázy. Na základě výsledků šetření jsme sestavili edukační leták pro laickou veřejnost. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis and especially its practical part are unique in its focus on general public´s view on urolithiasis prevention. Majority of other theses are focused on urolithiasis prevention in patients diagnosed with urolithiasis. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information on urolithiasis, its onset and types of calculi, and on urolithiasis diagnostics and treatment. Main focus lies in urolithiasis prevention and patient education. The practical part of the thesis consists of a survey aimed at mapping general public´s awareness of urolithiasis, its symptoms and prevention. Based on the survey results, an educational leaflet has been prepared for general public. | en |
