| dc.description.abstract | V bakalářské práci je zkoumána problematika hlukové zátěže ve veřejných prostranstvích a jejich hodnocení. Výběr lokací proběhl na základě Generelu veřejných prostranství v Plzni z roku 2015 podle stanovených atributů. Práce se detailně věnuje deseti vybraným lokacím, které byly pečlivě monitorovány s cílem zjistit úroveň hlukové zátěže. K tomuto účelu byl použit specializovaný měřicí přístroj a byly zaznamenány různé dílčí faktory, jako je intenzita dopravy, typy aktivit a dominantní zdroje hluku v daném prostoru. Data byla systematicky sbírána a ukládána do záznamového archu. Analýza získaných dat zahrnovala porovnání s existujícími hlukovými mapami a hodnocení ve vztahu ke standardům zdravotně závadné hladiny hluku. Na základě zjištěných výsledků byla vypracována kategorizace veřejných prostranství, která v Plzni dosud neexistuje, což představuje významný přínos práce v oblasti urbanismu a veřejného zdraví. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In the bachelor's thesis, the issue of noise pollution in public spaces and their assessment is examined. The selection of locations was based on the General Plan of Public Spaces in Pilsen from 2015, according to specified attributes. The thesis focuses in detail on ten selected locations that were carefully monitored to determine the level of noise pollution. A specialized measuring instrument was used for this purpose, and various factors such as traffic intensity, types of activities, and dominant noise sources in the area were recorded. Data were systematically collected and stored in a record archive. The analysis of the collected data included comparisons with existing noise maps and assessments in relation to standards for harmful noise levels. Based on the findings, a typology of public spaces, which had not previously existed in Pilsen, was developed, representing a significant contribution to the fields of urbanism and public health. | en |
