Zaměřuje se na dobové okolnosti, v nichž Ústava vznikala. Dále pojednává o samotném procesu přijetí tohoto ústavního zákona a následně práce charakterizuje i jednotlivé hlavy Ústavy České republiky.cs

It deals with sources of inspiration that influenced the Constitution of the Czech Republic. It focuses on the contemporary circumstances in which the Constitution was created. It also discusses the process of adopting this constitutional law and then characterizes the individual titles of the Constitution of the Czech Republic.en
