dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací procesu velká lakovna společnosti Dioss Nýřany a.s. První část diplomové práce se zabývá teorií. Jsou popsány zásady procesního řízení a uvedeny rozdíly oproti řízení funkčnímu. Následuje popis workflow systémů a jejich náležitostí. Dále je zmíněn management jakosti a teoreticky popsány optimalizační metody pro firemní procesy. Druhá část se věnuje popisu společnosti Dioss Nýřany a.s. a následně je popsán a rozebrán proces lakovny. Nakonec jsou vyvozeny závěry a doporučeny další postupy optimalizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted master thesis is about manufacturing process optimization of the Dioss Nýřany company in the painting shop. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical description of optimization methods for manufacturing processes. Furthermore there is a description of differences between process management and functional management. Hereinafter the workflow system, quality management and kaizen are elucidated. The second part of the thesis describes the Dioss Nýřany Public Limited Company and afterwards the painting shop is delineated and analyzed. At the end of the work the results are evaluated and recommendations with some possible improvements are proposed.en
