dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci stanovení nádorových markerů u karcinomu jater z hlediska jejich diagnostické efektivity. Tato práce zahrnuje část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá obecným principem karcinogeneze, základní stavbou a funkcí jater a shrnuje informace o karcinomu jater a jeho typech. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na jednotlivé nádorové markery, jejich význam a stanovení imunoanalytickými metodami. Praktická část zahrnuje základní deskriptivní statistiku studovaného souboru týkající se údajů o pohlaví či věkové charakteristice a naměřených sérových hodnotách nádorových markerů. Dále zahrnuje podrobnější statistickou analýzu naměřených hladin nádorových markerů. Tato bakalářská práce prokázala vztah a diagnostickou účinnost jednotlivých nádorových markerů u primárního a sekundárního karcinomu jater. Správná volba nádorových markerů a optimalizace jejich využití v klinické praxi může výrazně zlepšit přesnost diagnostiky pacientů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the optimization of cancer biomarkers assessment in liver carcinoma in terms of their diagnostic effectiveness. This thesis includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the general principle of carcinogenesis, the basic structure and function of the liver and summarizes information about liver carcinoma and its types. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on individual cancer biomarkers, their significance and assessment using immunoassay methods. The practical part includes basic descriptive statistics of the studied dataset relating to data of gender or age characteristics and measured serum levels of cancer biomarkers. Furthermore, it includes a more detailed statistical analysis of the measured cancer biomarkers levels. This bachelor thesis has demonstrated the relationship and diagnostic efficiency of individual cancer biomarkers in primary and secondary liver carcinoma. The right choice of cancer biomarkers and the optimization of their use in clinical practice can significantly improve accuracy of patient diagnostics.en
