dc.description.abstractAutorská kniha K20 se věnuje tématu duševního zdraví. Konkrétně se snaží přiblížit běžnému člověku pobyt na otevřeném oddělení v psychiatrické léčebně. Samotný bsah se vztahuje k mému pobytu v Psychiatrické léčebně Kosmonosy na resocializačním a psychoterapeutickém oddělení K20. Odtud pramení název knihy. Jejím úkolem knihy je lépe představit, jak takové oddělení může fungovat a vyvrátit případné mýty. Kniha je psána formou deníku. Počet kapitol se odvíjí od počtu týdnů, jež jsem prožila v léčebně. Jednotlivé kapitoly přibližují fungování oddělení, terapeutické metody a život v komunitě. Cílem knihy je říct, že pokud máme v životě nějaký problém je důležité ho začít řešit. Snažit se pochopit odkud pramení a zjistit, jak ho můžeme eliminovat.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe output of the thesis is an author book called K20 with the theme of mental health. It tells a story about my stay in the psychiatric hospital in Kosmonosy. The name of the book is derived from the name of the ward in the hospital where the story takes place. I was hospitalized there since 14th October 2013 till 12th February 2014. It is a long time ago, but the topic of mental health still meets me in everyday life. So I decided to utilize this experience. The goal of this book is to introduce the psychiatric ward and dispel the common myths. The book is written as a retrospective diary. Every week of the stay corresponds to one chapter in the book. Moreover, every chapter is devoted to a different topic related to mental health. There are two different types of the text in the book. The first one tells the story and the other one is an informative text about related topics. The whole book has twenty chapters. Besides that this book conveys a message that if anybody suffers with any kind of psychical problem it is very important to search for the solution as soon as possible, try to understand the problem and finally find the way how to eliminate it.en
