Jak a co učit v době rekodifikace

Abstract

Příspěvek se zamýšlí nad tím, jaké specifické nároky jsou kladeny na výuku účetnictví v době rekodifikace účetního práva. Stručně popisuje zkušenosti při rekodifikaci jiných právníchoborů, zejména rekodifikace soukromého práva, která proběhla před deseti lety. Při výuce na středních i vysokých školách musí být studenti připraveni na právní úpravu, jejíž přesná podobanemusí být v době jejich studia definitivně známa.

The paper describes specific demands on the teaching of accounting at the time of the recodification of accounting law. It briefly describes the experience of the re-codification of otherlegal disciplines, in particular the recodification of private law in the Czech Republic ten years ago. When teaching at secondary and higher education institutions, it is important to preparethe students for legislation whose exact form may not be definitely known at the time of their studies.
