| dc.description.abstract | Rigorózní práce na téma Inovativní přístupy při odhalování a dokazování organizované trestné činnosti pojednává o aktuálních trendech v oblasti organizovaného zločinu, ale i o inovativních přístupech, metodách a nástrojích, které zvyšují efektivitu v boji proti těmto moderním hrozbám a výzvám, které jsou s organizovaným zločinem spojeny. Cílem této rigorózní práce je tedy zhodnocení současného stavu organizovaného zločinu s ohledem na aktuální společenské trendy s důrazem na Českou republiku, identifikování klíčových oblastí činnosti orgánů činných v trestním řízení pro úspěšný boj s organizovaným zločinem, analýza a kritické posouzení stávajících metod, nástrojů a postupů v těchto oblastech, navržení nových inovativních přístupů pro odhalování a dokazování organizované trestné činnosti a zhodnocení právních a etických aspektů těchto navrhovaných postupů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis on the topic of Innovative Approaches in Detecting and Proving Organized Crime discusses current trends in the field of organized crime, but also innovative approaches, methods and tools that increase efficiency in the fight against these modern threats and challenges associated with organized crime. The aim of this thesis is therefore to assess the current state of organized crime with regard to current social trends with an emphasis on the Czech Republic, to identify key areas of activity of law enforcement agencies for the successful fight against organized crime, to analyze and critically assess existing methods, tools and procedures in these areas, to propose new innovative approaches for detecting and proving organized crime and to evaluate the legal and ethical aspects of these proposed procedures. | en |
