| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce pojednává o implementaci práva Evropské unie v České republice. První kapitola je věnována pramenům práva EU. Následující dvě se zabývají implementací práva obecně i v českém právním prostředí. Kapitola čtvrtá pojednává o aplikaci práva EU. Na konci je charakterizováno řízení o žalobě o porušení Smlouvy a odpovědnost za porušení práva EU. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat systém implementace práva Evropské unie v České republice v jeho institucionálních souvislostech. | cs |

Next two chapters are about the implementation in general and also in the Czech Republic. In the fourth chapter is characterized the aplication of law. Last chapters of diploma thesis are dealing with the infringement procedure and the liability for damages.
