dc.description.abstractBakalářska práce se věnuje nástrojům pro mikrodrátkové bondování. V úvodní části jsou popsány různé skupiny bondovacích nástrojů. Dále jsou vysvětleny principy bondování spolu s vlivem tvaru bondovacího nástroje na provedení výsledného spoje. Další část práce seznamuje čtenáře s jednotlivými výrobci nástrojů a poukazuje na jejich rozdílné přístupy a směřování při výrobě nástrojů. Detailně jsou zde popsány konstrukční parametry nástrojů s poukazem na rozmanitost tvarů a jejich význam při bondování. Závěrečná část práce se věnuje nástrojům pro bondovací stanici Kulicke a Soffa 4700. V této části je vysvětlen způsob volby nástroje a postup při výběru nástroje z katalogu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis is develoted to tools for micro wire bonding. The thesis describes various groups of the micro wire bonding tools, explains the principles of the bonding and shows the influences of the bonding tool shape on the bonding performance. The thesis introduces readers with separate tooling manufacturers and shows their different attitudes and approaches of manufacturing the micro wire bonding tools. The thesis describes the bonding tool construction parameters and also shows the bonding tool shape variety and bonding tool shape significance during the bonding. In the last part of the bachelor's thesis is paid the attention to the bonding tools for the bonding station Kulicke and Soffa 4700. There is explained the way of choosing the bonding tool and the way how to look it up from the catalog.en
