| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce se zabývá analýzou příjmů a zdrojů financování v Městské charitě Plzeň. Předmětem činnosti charity je zřizování a provozování sociálních zařízení a služeb. V práci jsou podrobně analyzovány všechny příjmy charity a detailně popsány jednotlivé finanční zdroje. Tato nezisková organizace čerpá peněžní prostředky z rozpočtu ministerstva, dotací, grantů EU, příspěvků od zdravotních pojišťoven, darů od podniků i jednotlivců či nadačních fondů. Velmi důležitý je pro charitu také zdroj samofinancování, kterým pokryje velkou část svých výdajů. Díky těmto zdrojům může naplňovat svoje poslání a stále rozvíjet svoji činnost. V poslední kapitole je zobrazen souhrnný přehled všech finančních zdrojů Městské charity Plzeň a následně jsou uvedeny další možnosti zdrojů financování, z kterých by mohla charita čerpat finanční prostředky na poskytování svých sociálních služeb. Tato kapitola ještě obsahuje vyplněnou žádost o nadační příspěvek na chráněné bydlení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The present work applies the analysis of incomes and financial resources in the City Charity of Pilsen. The object of charity activity is the establishment and operation of social facilities and services. In this work all incomes of charity are analyzed and the individual financial sources are described in detail. This non-profit organization draws funds from the budget of Department of Health and Social Security, subsidies, EU grants, contributions from health insurance companies, donation from businesses and persons or endowment funds. The source of self-financing is also very important, for the charity it covers a large part of their expenses. With these recourses it can fulfil its mission and constantly develop its activities. A summary of all financial resources of the City Charity of Pilsen is depicted in the last chapter and then the other chances of funding sources are presented, from which the charity could draw funds for providing its social services. This chapter still includes a completed application form for endowment contribution to sheltered housing. | en |
