Současný stav sociálního podnikání

Abstract

Cílem tohoto příspěvku je charakterizovat aspekty současného stavu sociálního podnikání na základě uskutečněné teoretické konceptualizace a kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného s výzkumným souborem přímých aktérů sociálního podnikání v České republice. Na stav sociálního podnikání je ve studii nahlíženo z celkem čtyř aspektů, kterými jsou motivace, proces realizace, praxe a úspěšnost. Metodika výzkumu spočívala v aplikaci přístupu deduktivně kvalitativní analýzy a metody hloubkového polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Navzdory moderním trendům a všestrannému potenciálu je problematika sociálního podnikání dlouhodobě mimo vzdělávací standardy oboru sociální práce, nemá dostatečné ukotvení v legislativě a často je obecně ve společnosti přehlížena. Zároveň je ovšem současná společnost stále více vystavována ekonomizačním tlakům, které prostupují prakticky všemi oblastmi života a bez ohledu na specifické potřeby vytvářejí výzvy pro všechny lidi bez rozdílu. Z tohoto důvodu zaměřila Studentská výzkumná skupina sociální práce Katedry sociologie Filozofické fakulty Západočeské univerzity v Plzni svou pozornost právě na tuto méně probádanou problematiku a prostřednictvím realizovaného výzkumu přinesla nové poznatky o této specifické oblasti sociální práce, která tvoří pomyslný předěl mezi sférou profitujícího byznysu a neziskových sociálních záležitostí.

This paper aims to describe and characterize aspects of the current state of social entrepreneurship. The study has the character of theoretical conceptualization and qualitative research with a research sample of managers and leaders of social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic. The research methodology included applying the approach of deductive qualitative analysis and the method of in-depth semi-structured interviews. Contrary to other modern trends and universal potential, the issue of social entrepreneurship has long been outside the social work educational standards. Also, the legislation in this specific area of social work is not precisely defined, and society overlooks the topic in general. At the same time, however, current society is increasingly exposed to economizing pressures that pervade almost all areas of human life and create challenges for all people without distinction, regardless of specific needs. Therefore, the Social Work Students Research Group from the Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Arts of the University of West Bohemia focused on this less-explored issue. During the research project, we collected new knowledge about this specific area of social work. Social entrepreneurship is an imaginary boundary between the field of profit-making business and non-profit social affairs. At least for these facts, social work experts should be more focused on the issue of social entrepreneurship.
