dc.description.abstract-translatedhe paper aims to introduce to a relatively recent legal regulation of the so- called long-term investment product, the purpose of which is to motivate pension scheme participants to greater financial participation through tax benefits on their savings. The central point of the article is the description of potential market inequality between entities providing customers with the long-term investment product against the background of its legislative anchoring.en
