| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv mobilizace periferních nervů dle Butlera na senzitivitu a svalovou sílu. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií nervového systému, senzitivními a motorickými drahami a konceptem neurodynamiky. V praktické části jsou zpracované dvě kazuistiky, kde jsme zkoumali vliv nervové mobilizace na několik modalit čití a svalovou sílu. Výzkumný soubor tvořili dvě osoby, muž a žena, s diagnostikovaným syndromem karpálního tunelu bilaterálně. Metodou sledování byli testy senzitivity a dynamometrické měření síly stisku. Stanovené hypotézy byly rozděleny na dvě oblasti, sledování krátkodobých a dlouhodobých účinků terapie. Výzkum u sledovaných zaznamenal nepravidelné zlepšení u senzitivity i síly s krátkodobým účinkem, zlepšení v ostatních oblastech nebylo zaznamenáno. Získaná data neumožňují vyvodit jednoznačné závěry o vlivu neurodynamických technik na senzitivitu ani na svalovou sílu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on the mobilization impact of pheriferal nerves and their sensitivity and muscle strenght written by Butler. Theoretical part is focused on anatomy and physiology of the nervous system, sensory and motor pathways and conception of neurodynamics. In the practical part I present two casuistries in which I surveyed the impact of nerves mobilization in several modalities of muscle strenght and sensibility. Research sample formed two people, one man and one woman. Both diagnosed with carpal tunel syndrome bilaterally. Subject matter was testing of sensibility and dynamometric measurement of handshake strenght. Given hypothesis were divided in two parts which were then tracked for short-therm and long-therm therapy impact. There was irregular improvement of sensibility and strenght in short-therm impact and other improvements weren't noticed. In general conclusion acquired data can't provide clear results about the impact of neurodynamic techniques on sensibility or muscle strenght. | en |
