dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vztahu údolní nivy a územního plánování. Z důvodu, že není v ČR vytvořena metodika pro vymezení údolní nivy, jakožto legislativně chráněného významného krajinného prvku, je problém s jejím fyzickým určením ve volné krajině i ve městech. S tímto vztahem je spojeno mnoho problémů, které mají následný dopad na životy lidí, živočichů i rostlin. Jedním z největších důsledků je nedostatek vody na našem území. Cílem práce je vytyčit problémy, které se v této oblasti nacházejí a snažit se je objasnit i pro čtenáře "neodborníky". Na základě dostupné legislativy, literatury a zkušenosti odborníků, je navržena metodika, kterou je možné údolní nivu vymezit a zabránit tak dalším dopadům na naši krajinu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the relationship between the floodplain and spatial planning. Due to the fact that there is no methodology in the Czech Republic for defining the floodplain as a legally protected important landscape element, there is a problem with its physical determination in the open landscape and in towns and cities. There are many problems connected with this relationship that have a consequent impact on the lives of humans, animals and plants. One of the biggest consequences is the lack of water in our country. The aim of the thesis is to identify the problems that are found in this area and to try to clarify them also for readers "non-experts". Based on available legislation, literature and experts' experience, a methodology is proposed according to which the floodplain can be defined and its legislative protection secured. And thus prevent further negative impacts on our landscape.en
