dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma "Management bolesti u pacientů po ortopedické operaci", je zaměřena na sledování managementu bolesti u pacientů během prvních 24 hodin po totální endoprotéze kolenního a kyčelního kloubu a zkoumá vliv vybraných faktorů na intenzitu bolesti a spotřebu opioidních a neopioidních analgetik po ortopedické operaci. Byla použita data ze zdravotnické dokumentace pacientů na JIP Kliniky ortopedie a traumatologie pohybového ústrojí. Teoretická část práce se věnuje bolesti, anestezii a ortopedické perioperační péči. V praktické části bylo snahou najít souvislost mezi druhem podávaného opioidního analgetika a způsobem jeho podání a intenzitou bolesti, a zda typ anestezie užité při operačním výkonu a chronické užívání analgetik před operací souvisí se spotřebou podaných opioidních a neopioidních analgetik během prvních 24 hodin po operaci. Výsledky ukazují, že neexistuje souvislost mezi vybranými faktory a intenzitou bolesti ani celkovou spotřebou analgetik.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis on "Management of pain at patients after the Orthopedic Surgery" is focused on monitoring the management of pain in patients during first 24 hours after total knee and hip replacement surgery and examines the impact of selected factors on a pain intensity and consumption of opioid and non-opioid analgesics after the orthopedic surgery. It was used patients medical documentation data of Orthopedic and Traumatology Clinic of the locomotor system - Intensive Care Unit. The theoretical part deals with the pain, anesthesia and orthopedic perioperative care. In the practical part I tried to find a connection between the type of administred opioid analgesic, the way of its administration and pain intensity and whether the anesthesia type used during the surgery and chronic use of analgesics before surgery is associated with consumption of administred opioid and non-opioid analgesics during first 24 hours after the surgery. The results show up there is no connection between selected factors and pain intensity or the total analgesics consumption.	en
