dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce "Využití radiodiagnostických metod v diagnostice a terapii chorob žlučových cest" je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Obě části jsou zaměřeny na onemocnění žlučových cest. Tyto choroby jsou v současnosti označovány jako onemocnění civilizační. Pro diagnostiku a terapii chorob žlučových cest je užíváno mnoho různých metod včetně metod zobrazovacích, jako ultrasonografie nebo ERCP, a také metod laboratorních. V praktické části se tato práce zaměřuje na problematiku využití radiodiagnostických metod v diagnostice a terapii chorob žlučových cest. Podkladem je 8 případových studií pacientů Fakultní nemocnice v Plzni a zpracování statistických dat 95 pacientů Kliniky zobrazovacích metod Fakultní nemocnice v Plzni.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis entitled "Utilization of Radiodiagnostics Methods in Diagnostic and Therapy of Biliary Tract Diseases" is divided into a theoretical and a practical part both focused on biliary tract diseases. These diseases are currently referred to as civilization diseases. Many differnet methods are used For the diagnostics and therapy of biliary tract diseases including imaging methods such as ultrasonography or ERCP, as well as laboratory methods. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the issue of the use of radiodiagnostics methods in diagnostic and therapy of biliary tract diseases. It is based on 8 case studies of patients of the University Hospital in Pilsen and the processing of statistical data of 95 patients of the Clinic of Imaginational Methods of the University Hospital in Pilsen.en
