dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je psána na téma Popis a analýza činnosti Ministerstva vnitra. Zaměřuje se především na vývoj Ministerstva vnitra, tvorbu právních předpisů a celkové fungování ministerstev v České republice. Klíčovým tématem této práce je popis chodu Ministerstva vnitra a představení jeho role v jednotlivých agendách spadajících do jeho působnosti. Dále se práce věnuje například legislativnímu procesu, publikaci právních předpisů, organizační struktuře nebo tvorbě metodických materiálů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this diploma thesis is the Description and analysis od the work of the Ministry of Interior. It is focused mainly on the development of the Ministry of Interior, drafting of legal regulations and overall functioning of ministries in the Czech Republic. The key topic of this work is the description of the operation of the Ministry of Interior and the presentation of its role in the individual agendas falling within its competence. Furthermore, the thesis deals with, for example, the legislative process, the publication of legal regulations, the organizational structure or the creation of methodological materials.en
