dc.description.abstractPráce se věnuje autoritářskému režimu v Chile za vlády generála Augusta Pinocheta, který se dostal k mocii vojenským převratem v roce 1973, aby nahradil vládu prezidenta Salvadora Allendeho. Na začátku práce je teoretická část, která se věnuje obecné charakteristice nedemokratických režimů a rozdělení na totalitní a autoritářské. Následuje historická část společně s popisem převratu. Poslední částí je komparace dvou Pinochetových funkčních období.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis are Latin American authoritarian regimes, and is focused on the military regime of General Augusto Pinochet in Chile, who came to power in 1973 when he made a military coup to replace the government of president Salvador Allende. At the beginning there is the theoretical part which is dedicated to the general definition of non-democratic regimes and the distinguishing of the totalitarian and authoritarian regimes. Next there is a part about historical settings and the military coup, and the last part is comparison of two Pinochet's terms in office.en
