dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hojení ran u geriatrických pacien-tů, a to z pohledu všeobecného ošetřovatelství. Stárnoucí populace přináší zvýšený výskyt chronických a špatně se hojících ran, které představují významnou zátěž jak pro pacienta, tak pro zdravotnický systém. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zmapovat a analyzovat faktory, které ovlivňují proces hojení ran u seniorů, přičemž důraz byl kladen zejména na výživu, stav kůže, pohyb, křehkost, psychosociální faktory a mikrocirkulaci. Práce je zpracována formou systematického literárního přehledu odborných studií, které byly vyhledány v databázích PubMed a Bookport. Dále byla využita rešerše ze Stu-dijní a vědecké knihovny Plzeňského kraje. Bylo analyzováno celkem šest studií splňují-cích kritéria zahrnutí. Z výsledků vyplývá, že uvedené faktory mají významný vliv na rychlost a kvalitu hojení ran u geriatrické populace. Efektivní ošetřovatelská péče proto vyžaduje komplexní a individualizovaný přístup, který zohledňuje nejen fyzický stav pa-cienta, ale také jeho psychické a sociální potřeby. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro klinickou praxi a další výzkum v oblasti péče o rány u seniorů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of wound healing in geriatric patients from the perspective of general nursing care. The aging population brings an increased incidence of chronic and hard-to-heal wounds, which represent a significant burden for both patients and the healthcare system. The main objective of the thesis was to map and analyze the factors that influence the wound healing process in elderly individuals, with special atten-tion paid to nutrition, skin condition, mobility, frailty, psychosocial factors, and microcir-culation. The work is based on a systematic literature review of professional studies retrieved from databases such as PubMed and Bookport. Furthermore, a literature review was conducted using sources from the Study and Research Library of the Pilsen Region. A total of six studies meeting the inclusion criteria were analyzed. The results show that the above-mentioned factors significantly affect the speed and quality of wound healing in the geri-atric population. Effective nursing care therefore requires a comprehensive and individua-lized approach that takes into account not only the patient's physical condition but also their psychological and social needs. The findings of this thesis may serve as a foundation for clinical practice and further research in the area of wound care for elderly patients.en
