dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce zkoumá právní povahu a historický vývoj veřejných listin, se zvláštním zaměřením na listiny sepsané notáři. Práce sleduje proměny veřejné listiny od jejích nejstarších počátků přes středověkou a raně novověkou praxi až po současné formy, včetně elektronických formátů. V první kapitole vymezuji pojem veřejné listiny a její mezinárodní přesah. Následující kapitola pojednává o starověkých a středověkých veřejných listinách v českých zemích s historických exkurzem. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na raný novověk a reformu notářství. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována novověkým veřejným listinám a úpravě notářství. V poslední kapitole se věnuji digitálním trendům.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis examines the legal nature and historical development of public documents, with particular focus on those drafted by notaries. It traces the evolution of the public document from its earliest beginnings, through medieval and early modern practice, to its present forms, including electronic formats. In the first chapter, I define the concept of a public document and discuss its international dimension. The following chapter addresses ancient and medieval public documents in the Czech lands, offering a historical overview. The third chapter focuses on the early modern period and the reform of notarial practice. The fourth chapter is devoted to modern-era public documents and the legal regulation of notarial services. In the final chapter, I examine current digital trends.en
