dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá osobou Karla Kokořovce z Kokořova, předbělohorského rytíře spojeného s oblastí západních Čech, konkrétně s jižním Plzeňskem. První část je úvodem do historie rodu a představuje jeho nejdůležitější členy. Na ni navazuje hlavní část popisující jeho život a zaměřující se na nejdůležitější události, které formovaly jeho osudy. Je představena jeho kariérní dráha, majetkové poměry a rodinný život. Práce se také zaměřuje na závěr jeho života, s ním jsou spojeny sepulkrální památky - epitaf a náhrobník, nacházející se v kostele Narození Panny Marie ve Starém Plzenci. Závěrečná část je věnována panství Šťáhlavy, do jehož historie se zapsal stavební činností v podobě renesančního zámku ve Šťáhlavech či opravou církevních památek ve Starém Plzenci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the person of Karel Kokořovec from Kokořov, minor nobleman connected with the area of West Bohemia, concretely with southern Pilsen. The first part is an introduction into family history and introduces its most important members. It is followed by the main part describing his life and focusing on the most important parts of his life which formed it. His career, property and his family life are presented. The work also focuses on his death which is connected with sepulchral monuments - an epitaph and a tombstone, located in the Church of the Nativity of Mary in Starý Plzenec. The last part deals with the manor Šťáhlavy. He is connected with its history through his construction activity in the form of the renaissance castle Šťáhlavy and through the restoration of the church buildings in Starý Plzenec.en
