dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce popisuje kovy Al, Sn a metastabilní slitinu jejich vzájemné kombinace Al-Sn. Hlavním cílem této práce byl pokus o vytvoření této slitiny za použití metody laserové ablace za současného rozkladu reaktantu. Jako reaktanty byly použity tetramethylcín a trimethylhliník. K analýze vzorků byly použity tyto metody: Konfokální mikroskopie, XRD, SEM/EDX, Ramanova spektroskopie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor thesis describes the metals Al, Sn and the metastable alloy of their Al-Sn combination. The main objective of this work was an attempt to create this alloy using the laser-induced CVD method. Tetramethyltin and trimethylaluminium were used as reactants. The following methods were used for the analysis of the samples: Confocal microscopy, XRD, SEM / EDX, Raman spectroscopy.en
