dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje močové inkontinence po vaginálním porodu. V teoretické části práce jsem se věnovala anatomii pánevního dna, rozdělení močové inkontinence, její diagnostice a léčbě. Dále jsem popsala mechanismus poškození pánevního dna při vaginálním porodu. Samostatnou kapitolu jsem věnovala roli všeobecné sestry v péči o pacientku s močovou inkontinencí. Poslední kapitola teoretické části pojednává o psychologických aspektech oše. péče pacientek s močovou inkontinencí. V praktické části jsem metodou kvalitativního výzkumu analyzovala tři případové studie u záměrně vybraných pacientek. Do jednotlivých kazuistik jsem zahrnula rozhovory s pacientkami, oše. a edukační plán. V závěru práce shrnuji výsledky, které jsem získala analýzou jednotlivých případových studií. Rovněž zde uvádím doporučení pro praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the development of urinary incontinence following a vaginal delivery. In the theoretical part of my thesis, I studied the pelvic floor anatomy, types of urinary incontinence, its diagnosis and treatment. I also described the mechanism of pelvic floor damage during vaginal delivery. A separate chapter was dedicated to the role of a nurse in the healthcare of a patient with urinary incontinence. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the psychological aspects of nursing care of patients with urinary incontinence. All the information was obtained either from literature or internet sources. In the practical part, I have analyzed the three case studies with purposely selected patients by the method of qualitative research. I chose typical cases in which urinary incontinence developed following a delivery. I included interviews with patients, a nursing and educational plan in the case studies. I summarize the results I obtained by analyzing individual case studies at the end of my thesis. There I also provide a reader with practical recommendations.en
