dc.description.abstractMým záměrem v teoretické části je přiblížit historickou perspektivu bulharské imigrační politiky a současnou imigrační politiku na území ČR. Vyhodnocením polostrukturovaných rozhovorů vymezit míru integrace do naší společnosti, založenou především na míře a znalostech českého jazyka, jakožto i vztahy s majoritní českou společností, dosažením vzdělání a délce pobytu v ČR. Analyzovat způsob rekrutace a vymezit roli příbuzenských vztahů, vztahujících se nejen k systému rekrutace ale také k míře idenity, tedy dodržování kulturních tradic, náboženství a kontaktů s ostatními bulhary v naší republice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy intention in the theoretical part is closer to the historical perspective of immigration policy Bulgarians and current immigration policy in the Czech Republic. Evaluation of semi-structured interviews to define the extent of integration in our society, based primarily on the level and knowledge of the Czech language, as well as relationships with the majority Czech society, reaching the education and length of stay in the country. Analyze the recruitment and define the role of family relationships, relating not only to the system of recruitment but also to measure idenity, therefore, respect for cultural traditions, religion and contacts with other Bulgarians in our country.en
