dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení činného výkonu větrných elektráren. Je rozdělena na čtyři části. První část se zabývá řízením činného výkonu v elektrizační soustavě obecně. Druhá část pojednává o technickém řešení moderní větrné elektrárny. Ve třetí části jsou popsány druhy řízení činného výkonu větrných elektráren a v poslední časti je rozbor strategie řízení větší skupiny elektráren, což je hlavní část této diplomové práce. Tato část popisuje a navrhuje složité řízení většího počtu větrných parků, které by bylo využitelné ve státech s velkým počtem větrných elektráren. V práci je charakteristika i technické požadavky tohoto druhu řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master theses is dealing with Energy system control of active output control at wind station. It shows us in the first part the control of the energy flow in electrification system. In the second part there is the construction of the whole modern wind power plant. The third part is about the topic control of active output at wind station and in the last part is described controlling of wind power plant park, whitch is the main part of my master thesis. This part describes and shows us concept of the complex controlling at the wind parks. This type of controlling can be used in states with a lot of wind stations. There is the characteristics and technical requirements for this type of control.en
