dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kardiopulmonální resuscitace a následné poresuscitační péče. V teoretické části se zabýváme kardiopulmonální resuscitací dospělých, kde se zaměřujeme na základní neodkladnou resuscitaci a navazujeme s postupy rozšířené neodkladné resuscitace. V další kapitole seznamujeme s postupy poresuscitační péče se zaměřením na cílenou regulaci tělesné teploty. Praktickou část jsme zaměřili pouze na cílenou regulaci tělesné teploty, kde jsme pomocí dotazníkového šetření porovnali postupy této metody ve vybraných zdravotnických záchranných službách a ve vybraných nemocničních zařízeních v České republice a v Nizozemsku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the issue of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and subsequent post-resuscitation care. The theoretical part deals with adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation, where we focus on basic life support and we continue with guidelines of advanced life support. In the next chapter we introduce the guidelines for post-resuscitation care with specialization in targeted temperature management. The practical part focuses only on the targeted temperature management, where we used a questionnaire survey to compare the guidelines of this method in selected emergency medical services and in selected medical centres in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands.en
