dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problémem narůstající rezistence bakterií na antibiotika a ukazuje, jak může být detekovatelná. V teoretické části je uvedeno rozdělení antibiotik do tříd, mechanismy účinku a jejich vlastnosti. Dále je zde přiblíženo, co jsou to gramnegativní tyčky a jejich zástupci. V problematice rezistence je popsáno, co to rezistence je a uvedeno, jakými způsoby může vzniknout. Praktická část zahrnuje rychlé testy založené na MALDI-TOF hmotnostní spektrometrii, kterými lze jeden z nejzávažnějších typů rezistence zjistit.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis deals with problem of increasing bacterial resistance to antibiotics and it shows how can we detect it. In the theoretical part is indicated classification of antibiotics, antibiotics mechanism of action and their properties. There is also included a description of what Gram-negative rods are and their representatives. The chapter of resistance problematics describes what resistance is and through which methods it can be created. The practical part includes quick tests based on MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry through which can be one of the most serious type of resistance determine.en
