| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na aplikaci metodik štíhlé výroby v konkrétní elektrotechnické společnosti. Jedná se tedy o využití metod používaných k optimalizaci procesů přímo v praxi. V úvodních dvou částech jsou popsány metody využívané ve firmě BRUSH, historie této firmy a výrobní portfolio. Ve třetí části je řešen reálný problém ve společnosti a následná optimalizace. Výstupem a závěrečnou částí je zhodnocení a vyčíslení nákladů, přínosů a celkový zisk. | cs |

These involve the methods used to optimise processes directly in practice. The first two parts describe the methods used by BRUSH, the history of this company and the product portfolio.
