dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou ergoterapeuta při nácviku náhradního funkčního úchopu u jedinců po poranění míchy. V teoretické části byl rozebrán úchop, míšní poranění a jeho dopad na jedince, ergoterapie u míšního poranění a ergoterapeutické intervence využívané pro dosažení náhradního funkčního úchopu. Praktická část se zaměřila na zjišťování ergoterapeutických intervencí pomocí dotazníku, který byl rozposlán mezi české a zahraniční ergoterapeuty. Z celkem 28 odpovědí se ukázalo, jaké intervence jsou nejvíce využívané při nácviku náhradního funkčního úchopu obecně, jaké v akutní a subakutní fázi a jak se liší intervence zahraničních ergoterapeutů od českých.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the role of the occupational therapist when practising tenodesis grasp and release with individuals after spinal cord injury. Grasp, spinal cord injuries and its impact on an individual, occupational therapy for spinal cord injuries and occupational therapy interventions used for reaching tenodesis grasp and release are themes discussed in the theoretical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis is focused on detecting occupational therapy interventions using survey, which was distributed between Czech and foreign occupational therapists. From the total of 28 responses it was concluded which of the interventions are used the most in general when practicing tenodesis grasp and release, which are used in acute and subacute phase and how does the methods of intervention differ in the Czech republic compared to abroad.en
