| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části práce je pozornost věnována obecné problematice zdravotnické dokumentace. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na formy, zásady a jednotlivé součásti zdravotnické dokumentace. Samostatná kapitola je věnována legislativě týkající se zdravotnické dokumentace. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá etikou vedení zdravotnické dokumentace. Praktická část obsahuje rozhovory vedené se všeobecnými sestrami, které odhalují jejich pohled na kvalitu zdravotnické dokumentace a jejich postoje k této problematice. | cs |
