Šárka Stašková Počet stran: číslované: 89, nečíslované: 16 Počet příloh: 5 Počet titulů použité literatury: 33 Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice močové inkontinence v souvislosti s pánevním dnem a hlubokým stabilizačním systémem. V teoretické části je zahrnuta anatomie, funkce a propojenost hlubokého stabilizačního systému. Dále je teorie zaměřena na popis významu pánevního dna, jednotlivých typů inkontinence, rizikových faktorů, příčin, diagnostiky, prevence a možností léčby, zejména konzervativní. Dále následuje praktická část, kde jsou v kazuistikách tří pacientek trpících stresovou formou inkontinence provedena vstupní vyšetření, je stanoven krátkodobý i dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a popsán průběh terapie. Po uplynutí tří měsíců jsou provedena vyšetření výstupní a dosavadní výsledky jsou zhodnoceny. Dotazníkovým šetřením je proveden průzkum dopadu inkontinence na kvalitu života před terapií a po třech měsících terapie. | cs |

The theoretical section includes the anatomy, function, and interrelations of the deep stabilizing system, as well as the description of the importance of the pelvic floor, the various types of incontinence, risk factors, causes, diagnosis, and prevention and (especially conservative) treatment options. The practical section follows three single case studies of female patients suffering from stress urinary incontinence, from initial screening and the drawing-up of short- and long-term rehabilitation plans, to descriptions of the course of the therapy, to final screening after three months. The results to date of the therapy are assessed, and a questionnaire-based survey is used to gauge the impact of incontinence on quality of life before and after therapy. | en |
