dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na ochranu desek plošných spojů před vlivy prostředí. V práci jsou popsány vlivy působící na osazené desky plošných spojů v jejich provozních podmínkách a možnosti jejich ochrany, zejména konformní povlaky. Dále práce obsahuje popis technologie konformních povlaků a poruchy s nimi spojené. Poslední empirická kapitola referuje o hlavním cíli práce, kterým je porovnání vhodnosti pěti vybraných povlaků proti účinkům solné mlhy, vlhkého tepla a teplotního šoku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on protection of printed circuit boards against environmental influences. The thesis is describing influences on assembled printed circuit boards in their operational conditions and the possible ways to protect them, especially the conformal coatings. Furthermore, the thesis contains a description of conformal coating technology and defects associated to them. The last empirical chapter refers to the main aim of the work, which is to compare the suitability of five selected coatings against the effects of salt mist, moisture and thermal shock.en
