dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce si klade za cíl popsat problematiku ekonomiky a financování školství na základě analýzy vybraného subjektu, kterým je příspěvková organizace ZŠ a MŠ Mirošov. Práce je rozdělena do dvou na sebe navazujících částí. V části teoretické je popsán systém školství v ČR a s ním související činnost některých správních orgánů. Dále je vysvětlena problematika financování školství se zvláštním důrazem na financování regionálního školství. V praktické části je kladen důraz na analýzu financování, analýzu nákladů, výnosů a výsledku hospodaření a finanční analýzu ZŠ a MŠ Mirošov. Nedílnou součástí práce je konečně také samotné zhodnocení současné finanční situace analyzované školy a návrh opatření, která by v budoucnosti mohla vést k jejímu zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of this thesis is to describe the economics and financing problems of education based on the analysis of the selected subject, which is a primary school and kindergarten in Mirošov. The work is divided into two consecutive parts. In the theoretical part is described the system of education in the Czech Republic and the related activities of certain administrative bodies. Further is explained the issue of financing education with special emphasis on financing of regional education. The practical part is focused on the analysis of financing, cost analysis, revenue and profit and financial analysis of the primary school and the kindergarten in Mirošov. The integral part of the work is the final actual evaluation of the current financial situation of the analyzed school and proposal of measures that could lead to improvement in future.en
