dc.description.abstractAnotace: Předložená diplomová práce analyzuje přístup východoněmeckého režimu k politické a společenské liberalizaci ČSSR v průběhu roku 1968. Postoj vládnoucí SED k Pražskému jaru se jasně odrážel i na stránkách deníků vydávaných v NDR. Autor proto dále ukazuje, jak události v Československu reflektovala vybraná periodika. Pozornost věnuje i ohlasům na tzv. socialismus s lidskou tváří mezi východoněmeckou veřejností. Zde dospívá k závěru, že tamní občané i přes zjevné sympatie k myšlenkám či protagonistům obrodného procesu zůstávali spíše pasivní. V důsledku toho mohl totiž Walter Ulbricht společně s dalšími vedoucími představiteli SED snáze vyvíjet nátlak na reformní křídlo KSČ.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPresented master thesis analyses the approach of the East German regime to political and social liberalization of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic during 1968. The position of the ruling SED to the Prague Spring was clearly reflected on the pages of the newspapers published in the GDR. The author therefore shows how the events in Czechoslovakia were reflected in selected periodicals. Attention is devoted to public reactions to the so-called socialism with a human face in East Germany. The author comes to the conclusion that GDR citizens, despite their apparent sympathy with the ideas or protagonists of the Prague Spring, remained rather passive. As a result of this fact, Walter Ulbricht and others SED leaders, were more likely to exert pressure on the CPC's reform wing.en
