dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá lidskou důstojností v ústavním systému České republiky. Analyzovány jsou jak ústavní a zákonné normy týkající se této problematiky v rámci České republiky, tak i v dalších demokratických zemích. Porovnávána je také implementace tohoto konceptu do českého práva s implementací do jiných právních pořádků. Je také shrnut historický vývoj nejen v rámci České republiky ale i v dalších vybraných zemích. Zároveň jsou identifikovány některé problematické oblasti a je navrženo možné řešení, jak formou nových právních norem, tak zlepšením dodržování stávajících předpisů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the human dignity in the constitutional order of the Czech republic. Some of the most important laws concerning this issue, as well as constitutional sources in Czech republic and other democratic countries are analysed. Also analysed is the implementation into Czech and other selected countries? laws. This thesis also offers a summary of historical development not only in the Czech republic but also in other states. Simultaneously some critical areas are identified, in conjunction with possible solutions, either in the form of new laws or by better stricter adhering to current norms.en
