dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku adaptačního procesu všeobecných sester v prostředí intenzivní péče. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je nejprve nastíněno prostředí intenzivní medicíny a specifika péče o pacienta na tomto typu oddělení. V další samostatné kapitole jsou popsány aspekty moderního personálního managementu jako je motivace, styly řízení a hodnocení pracovníků a mentoring. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části se věnuje samotnému adaptačnímu procesu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vlastní výzkumné šetření, které mapuje průběh adaptačního procesu všeobecných sester pracujících na oddělení intenzivní péče. Výsledky byly zjištěny metodou kvalitativního výzkumu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe major aim of the thesis is the adaptation process of general nurse for the work in the intensive care setting in order to gain the critical care nursing speciality. The work consist of two major parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part several aspects of the problem are described. In the first chapter inherited specifics of the intensive care enviroment and of critical care nursing are mentioned. Second chapter concerns about the modern aspects of personal management including motivation and mentoring. In the last chapter of the theoretical part descriptions of the contemporary adaptation process and critical care nursing education are given. In the practical part the results of qualitative research mapping the concurrent forms of adaptation process in several high-level intensive care units around the Czech republic are presented.en
