dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá výživou v intenzivní péči. Teoretická část je zaměřená na typy a druhy umělé výživy, způsob aplikace umělé výživy, indikace a kontraindikace podávané umělou výživou. Dále jsou zde uvedeny možné přístupové cesty parenterální výživy a způsoby aplikace enterální výživy, sipping. Část je věnovaná ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta v septickém stavu a po operaci tlustého střeva. V praktické části jsou zpracovaná data získaná analýzou zdravotnické dokumentace pacienta, vlastním pozorováním a ošetřováním o samotného pacienta. Data sloužila k vypracování kazuistiky, ošetřovatelského a edukačního plánu pacienta.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis looks into nutrition in an intensive care. The theoretical part focuses on the types and kinds of artificial nutrition, administration of artificial nutrition, indications and contraindications of the administration of artificial nutrition. Furthermore, it also focuses on possible routes of parenteral nutrition and administration methods of enteral nutrition, sipping. There is also a section, which is related to nursing care of a patient of severe sepsis after colon surgery. The practical part provides an overview of data obtained from the analysis of patient's medical records, personal observation and the treatment of the patient. Data served as a foundation for creating a case study, nursing and educational plan for the patient.en
