dc.description.abstractMá práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám psychomotorickým vývojem, správným držením těla, vadným držením těla a faktory s ním související, hlubokým stabilizačním systémem páteře a dýcháním. V poslední kapitole charakterizuji rehabilitační míče jejich význam a využití. V praktické části popisuji cíl práce, charakteristiku sledovaného souboru. Stanovuji si hypotézy výzkumu, metodiku výzkumu. Dále jsou v praktické části vypracovány kazuistiky. V příloze jsou pak uvedeny ukázky cvičebních jednotek.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with psychological development and development of movement, good posture, posture abnormalities and other related factors. It describes deep stabilizing muscles of the spine and correct way of breathing. Last chapter explains the characteritics of rehabilitation balls, their meaning and usage. Practical part of my thesis contains the description of main objectives and charakteristics of observed patients. Hypothesis of my research and its methodology is further specified and some medical cases are presented. The attachments at the end of my thesis contain the examples of particular exercises.en
