| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím zobrazovacích metod při traumatech dutiny břišní u dětí. Sestává z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se nachází stručný nástin anatomie dutiny břišní, charakteristika zobrazovacích metod a radiační ochrana v pediatrii. Dále jsou v práci popsána jednotlivá poranění dutiny břišní v pediatrii a jejich diagnostika. Část praktická se zabývá kazuistikami dětských pacientů s poraněním břicha, u nichž zobrazovací metody byly klíčové pro správnou diagnostiku. Dále následuje grafické rozdělení pacientů dle věku, pohlaví, typu úrazu a podle užitých zobrazovacích metod. | cs |
