dc.description.abstractTato práce se věnuje problematice zdravotních obtíží, vznikajících z důsledku vykonávání dlouhodobé sedavé práce u počítače. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány chyby při nesprávné práci s počítačem, obtíže, které z tohoto ergonomicky špatného užívání vznikají a možnosti jejich eliminace. Praktická část se zabývá zmapováním zdravotních obtíží a pracovních návyků u vybrané skupiny administrativních pracovníků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is about problematics of health difficulties, which come from a long-term computer work. Dissertation is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical one. In the theoretical part there are described the errors of incorrect ways of working with the computer, difficulties originating from the ergonomicaly incorrect computer use and possible ways of its elimination. In the practical part there are described the health difficulties and working habbits of selected group of administrative officers.en
